[Problem] To provide a bag for preventing food deterioration which can protect a food content over a long period of time against deterioration that is caused by entry of bacteria, mold, or the like. [Solution] The present invention comprises: an inner bag carrying a calcined calcium powder; and an outer bag covering the exterior of the inner bag. The inner bag is preferably made from a porous material such as a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric, and the outer bag is preferably a flexible container bag having high strength. Food such as rice and beans having undergone disinfection/sterilization treatment or food which the calcined calcium powder is added to and mixed with is preferably included in the inner bag.
