A casting process for a multi-way valve casting piece, comprising manufacturing a mold, manufacturing a main core and small core, molding, pouring, cleaning and inspecting. The step of manufacturing a main core and small core comprises: manufacturing the main core and small core by using molding sand, and using a steel material as a core bar; assembling the small core and main core together by means of an adhesive. The step of pouring comprises: preheating a casting mold that is acquired after molding, the preheating temperature being 80-100℃, then spraying a heat resistant agent on an inner surface of the preheated casting mold, thermally insulating the sprayed casting mold, the temperature of thermal insulation being 200-280℃ and the time of thermal insulation being 10-20 minutes, and then pouring a casting liquid into a mold cavity. In the process, by means of preheating and spraying the heat resistant agent, the casting mold has strong flexibility and is not easily damaged during casting; meanwhile, casting and cooling are guaranteed to be performed evenly, and thus shrinkage holes, shrinkage porosity and internal air holes do not easily occur in obtained casting pieces.
