The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising between 10 and 30 wt.-% amitriptyline or one of the pharmaceutically acceptable salts or esters thereof, based on the total weight of the composition, amitriptyline, for topical use in the treatment of post-chemotherapy peripheral neuropathic pain.
