A magnetic resonance-based wireless charging method, system, charging device (100) and a storage medium, which are used for the charging device (100) to charge a terminal to be charged by using a wireless manner: after the charging device (100) accesses a power supply, detecting a terminal to be charged in a chargeable range and a ZigBee signal; when detected that the terminal to be charged establishes a connection thereto by means of ZigBee, randomly configuring a power transmission resonant frequency (S20); sending the power transmission resonant frequency to the terminal to be charged, and adjusting the power collection frequency of the terminal to be charged; and charging the terminal to be charged according to the power transmission resonant frequency when the power collection frequency is adjusted to be the same as the power transmission resonant frequency, thus preventing a significant reduction in charging efficiency that is caused by other users easily acquiring the power transmission resonant frequency to charge the terminal devices thereof, and improving the charging efficiency of the charging device (100).
