A cross-page recognition method for form information, comprising the following steps: acquiring position information and label information about each row of words in a specified document (S31); for a previous form and the next form which are adjacent to each other in the specified document, acquiring position information and label information about word content in the previous form and position information and label information about word content in the next form (S32); comparing the coordinates of a left edge of each column of characters of the next form with the coordinates of a left edge of each column of characters of the previous form (S33); when the coordinates of the left edge of each column of characters of the next form are all the same as the coordinates of the left edge of each column of characters of the previous form, comparing a page number of each row of characters of the next form with a page number of each row of characters of the previous form (S34); if there is a difference between the page number of each row of characters of the next form and a page number of each row of characters of the previous form, then determining that the next form and the previous form are the same form crossing pages (S35). Cross-page conditions in a form can be recognized.
