An automated driving control device (10) which is used by being mounted on a vehicle, is provided with: a travel path specification unit (12) which specifies a planned travel path for the vehicle; an obstacle specification unit (13) which specifies whether an obstacle present on the planned travel path is a pass allowing obstacle that is a type having been set as an obstacle with which contact is allowed during passing, or a pass prohibiting obstacle that is a type having been set as an obstacle with which contact is prohibited during passing; and a control instruction unit (11) which instructs, to perform control, a motion control device (200) that controls the motion of the vehicle by controlling the speed and/or the steering of the vehicle, wherein, when an obstacle present on the planned travel path is specified as the pass allowing obstacle, the control instruction unit performs instruction to pass the obstacle.
