A foldable and recyclable covering curtain. The foldable and recyclable covering curtain can be folded along the length direction of outer tubes (6, 7) to ensure that the covering curtain is small in occupied space and easy for storage. The covering curtain comprises two outer tubes (6, 7); the inner ends of the two outer tubes (6, 7) in the length direction are connected by means of a rotating structure (1); the two outer tubes (6, 7) are folded or opened into a straight line by means of a rotating structure (14); one side of the length direction of each outer tube (6, 7) is provided with a corresponding interval groove (2); a curtain fabric (3) that can be rolled up is provided inside each outer tube (6, 7), and each curtain fabric (3) extends outward to the corresponding outer tube (6, 7) by means of the corresponding interval groove (2); and when the curtain fabric (3) is unfolded, the opposite sides of the two curtain fabrics (3) are in closed connection by means of a zipper mechanism (4), and when the curtain fabric (3) is folded, the zipper mechanism (4) is opened, and two sides of the outer end of each curtain fabric (3) in the unfolded state are provided with a pair of side tube plugs (34), and each pair of side tube plugs (34) is inserted with a corresponding side tube (5).
