Owing to this structure, it becomes possible to prevent contamination caused by the volatilization of a specimen solution upon the development onto a strip 3 or contact of the specimen solution with the strip 3 when performing a nucleic acid chromatography test, and contamination caused by the disposal of the test instrument 3. When unsealing a container such as a PCR tube, moreover, contamination caused by the scattering of a specimen solution can be appropriately prevented thereby too.
