Provided are: a solid electrolyte composition that can suppress increases in interface resistance between solid particles and that also achieves firm binding properties; an all-solid-state secondary battery sheet; an all-solid-state secondary battery electrode sheet; an all-solid-state secondary battery; and production methods for the all-solid-state secondary battery sheet and the all-solid-state secondary battery. A solid electrolyte composition that contains an inorganic solid electrolyte, binder particles that have an average particle size of 1 nm to 10 μm, and a dispersion medium. The binder particles include a polymer that has a structural component that is derived from a polymerizable compound that has a molecular weight of less than 1,000. The structural component has, as side chains of the polymer, a siloxane structure and/or an aliphatic hydrocarbon chain that comprises at least 10 connected carbon atoms. An all-solid-state secondary battery sheet, an all-solid-state secondary battery electrode sheet, an all-solid-state secondary battery, a production method for the all-solid-state secondary battery sheet, and a production method for the all-solid-state secondary battery that use the solid electrolyte composition.
