BIOLOGICAL DETECTION METHOD FOR TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE COMPOSITION

Disclosed is a method for detecting a traditional Chinese medicine composition, wherein the method uses the inhibitory effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on an inflammatory factor IL-6 as a detection index for detecting the anti-inflammatory activity thereof. The method comprises: A) preparing a sample solution of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and a control solution; B) detecting the inhibition rates of the inflammatory factor IL-6 by the sample solution and the control solution; and C) calculating the potency and confidence-limit rate, with the inhibition rate of the inflammatory factor IL-6 as an index.
