A table tennis racket bottom plate, comprising a racket plate (1) and a racket handle (2) formed by extending and protruding outward in an arc or by pasting, characterized in that: grooves (23) which are provided respectively on two surfaces of a same side of the racket handle (2) are connected in a hidden manner, the connected grooves (23) being in a "V" shape, that is, a "V" shape is formed by extending downward from a racket handle side (22) as the tip to the ends of the two surfaces of the racket handle. The invention, on the basis of the ergonomic principle, highly simulates the shape of the racket handle gripped by a hand, and provides a table tennis racket handle fitted to the shape of the hand, increasing friction and being anti-skidding; and also the invention makes it possible to enable the player to autonomously adjust the weight of the racket, and provides a table tennis racket that is multipurpose and highly adaptable, reducing mistakes of the player, effectively helping the player to improve skills and bring them into play, enhancing the interest of the player, and reducing risk of injury.
