The group of inventions relates to cultivating and protecting fruit farms and vineyards. A system for creating a micro-climate includes dispensing process components within a section in an air pipeline system. The components are emitted in a working planting zone. The system of pipelines additionally includes a water pumping station and a compressor station having receivers and consisting of several autonomous compressors, a single universal mixing chamber connected to stationary tanks, and several main outlets having a stop valve and a control valve, which lead out of the mixing chamber to several lines of main pipelines that are connected via intermediate distribution pipelines having their own stop valve and control valve to working pipelines.
