The invention relates to a passenger and driver security system providing privacy in taxies comprising the processes of starting the passenger cameras to record (6) only when the alarm button (1, 2) is pushed and being watched by in-center unit; recording the images obtained from the driver (5) and road cameras (4) constantly by the in-vehicle smart recording and vehicle monitoring device; (3) watching video streaming supplied from the cameras (4, 5) and recorded images whenever it is desired without pushing the alarm buttons (1, 2); and audio surveillance.
