A touch panel having pressure sense feedback, comprising multiple detection components (11) used for detecting touch signals and a protective layer (12) covering the surfaces of the detection components (11), wherein each detection component (11) comprises a pair consisting of a signal emission module used for emitting a detection signal and a signal receiving module used for receiving a detection signal; the protective layer (12) covers the surfaces of the detection components (11) and covers touch regions; and at least two adjacent sides of a touch region are provided with a signal emission module and a signal receiving module respectively. Also disclosed is a pressure feedback system. After a user presses the protective layer (12) on a surface, a detection component (11) may detect the deformation condition of the protective layer (12) according to the detection signal received by the detection component (11), so that a touched part of the touch panel and the deformation degree of the touched part are detected, and a conventional touch function may be achieved. Meanwhile, different amounts of pressure may also be recognized and then reflected by the deformation degree of the protective layer (12), and different pressure sense touch functions are thus achieved.
