The present invention relates to improved dredged soil comprising steelmaking slag, and a temporary road using the same and, more specifically, to: improved dredged soil comprising 40-60 wt% of dredged soil and 40-60 wt% of steelmaking slag; a temporary road manufactured using the same; and a method for manufacturing the temporary road.
