The present invention relates to an improved dredged soil comprising steel slag and a construction road using the same and, more specifically, to improved dredged soil comprising: 40 to 60 wt% of dredged soil; and 40 to 60 wt% of the steel slag, to a construction road manufactured by using the same, and to a manufacturing method of the construction road capable of reducing the construction cost of the construction road.
