Disclosed is a foot bath barrel, comprising a barrel body (1), a cover (2) and a wheel (3). A baffle (11) is arranged in the barrel body (1) and divides the barrel body (1) into two parts, bottom portions of the two parts of the barrel body (1) are respectively mounted with a water supply pipe (12), the water supply pipes (12) are both hung on hanging rings (13) on an outer wall of the barrel body (1), and massage ball rollers (14) are respectively arranged on internal base plates of the two parts of the barrel body (1). The cover (2) comprises two parts, each being provided with two continuous circular notches, a control panel (21) is arranged on each of the two parts of the cover (2), and the two parts are both connected to the baffle (11) by means of spindles. The foot bath barrel enables two people to simultaneously perform foot bathing. When the temperature of the water is too high or the feet need to be steamed, a wooden foot support (15) can be pulled down. When hot water needs to be added, the hot water is uniformly mixed with foot bath water through a water injection pipe (16) and a one-way water outlet in various directions of an inner wall of the barrel body (1), thereby preventing the feet from being scalded.
