Disclosed are a waste liquid recovery system (200), a chemical bath deposition device (300) and a deposition method therefor, wherein the waste liquid recovery system (200) comprises: a waste liquid storage tank (202) for storing a waste liquid produced by the deposition of cadmium sulfide in a deposition tank; a refrigeration device (203) for refrigerating the stored waste liquid; a filter device (204) for filtering the waste liquid obtained from refrigeration; and a chemical liquid storage tank (205) for storing the filtered waste liquid. Disclosed are the waste liquid recovery system (200), the chemical bath deposition device (300) and the deposition method therefor; and a chemical liquid with the same concentration as that of the original liquid is obtained by refrigerating and filtering the waste liquid, and resupplementing a chemical raw material, thus significantly improving the recovery and utilization of the waste liquid and reducing the production cost.
