Provided are chimeric antigen receptor T cells targeting ErbB receptor family and expressing PD1 antibody, a pharmaceutical composition containing the T cells, and use of the T cells or the pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of a malignant tumor. Also provided is a composition or a kit of a vector comprising an expression cassette of a chimeric antigen receptor. The chimeric antigen receptor comprises a T1E peptide segment and a Herin peptide segment linked by a rigid linker, a hinge region, a transmembrane region, an intracellular costimulatory signal domain, and an intracellular signal domain.
