CAR-T CELLS THAT AUTOMATICALLY SECRETE CD40 ANTIBODIES AND TARGET ERBB RECEPTOR FAMILY AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed are chimeric antigen receptor T-cells that automatically express a CD40 activation antibody and a target ErbB receptor family and the use thereof. The T-cells comprise the coding sequence: (1) expressing the chimeric antigen receptor that targets the ErbB receptor family and the coding sequence of the CD40 activation antibody; and/or (2) expressing the chimeric antigen receptor that targets the ErbB receptor family and the CD40 activation antibody. The T-cells have better proliferation and activation abilities and a better tumour cell killing function than chimeric antigen receptor T-cells targeting the ErbB receptor family alone.
