An on-board driver identity recognition device based on a smart phone, characterized in that, the on-board driver identity recognition device comprises: a communication module (11), for establishing a communication connection with a smart phone of a user; a smart phone information acquisition device (12), for acquiring an application name in the smart phone of the user and a user name used by the user in the application; an internal memory (13), for storing a user database containing driver identity recognition information as well as application names and user names in corresponding smart phones; an identity comparison means (14), which obtains identity information of a driver by comparing the acquired application name and the user name in the smart phone of the user with the application names and the user names in the user database. Further, the present disclosure relates to a driver personalized setting system, an on-board driver identity recognition method based on a smart phone and a computer readable storage medium.
