Disclosed are a bionic complex resistance-reducing surface and a preparation method therefor. The bionic complex resistance-reducing surface comprises: a substrate having a resistance-reducing surface; a trench texture formed on the resistance-reducing surface; and a super-hydrophobic surface texture formed on an upper surface and/or a side surface of a protruding structure of the trench texture. The super-hydrophobic surface texture comprises: a periodically corrugated structure, and a low surface energy coating coated on corrugations of the periodically corrugated structure. The bionic complex resistance-reducing surface combines various resistance-reducing means and makes use of the respective resistance-reducing advantages thereof, thereby achieving the aims of resistance reduction enhancement and fuel saving, can be used in various fields, such as automobiles, airplanes, ships and rockets, and has a good promotional and application value.
