An embodiment of the present invention provides an optimal control system for a landfill gas and biogas plant using a deep learning technique, which predicts and uses an amount of power generation and composition of gas to achieve an optimum power generation efficiency and ensure the stability of landfill gas and biogas power generation facilities, thereby controlling the amount of power generation and engine safety.
