MAGNETIC PARTICLE REAGENT AND KIT FOR CHEMILUMINESCENCE IMMUNOASSAY

The present application relates to a magnetic particle reagent and a kit for a chemiluminescence immunoassay. The magnetic particle reagent comprises magnetic particles coated with 0.5-1.5 mg/mL of streptavidin or anti-fluorescein isothiocyanate antibody, 0.5-5 mg/mL of protein, 0.5-10 mg/mL of a chloroacetamide-type protein protectant, 1-10 mg/mL of preservative, 5-10 mg/mL of a polyhydroxy compound, and 1-5 mg/mL of a buffer having a surfactant. The polyhydroxy compound is polyhydric alcohol or a polysaccharide. The surfactant is at least one of Brij35, TX-100, and Peregal (O-20). The magnetic particle reagent of the present application can achieve long-term stability of the magnetic particles and is uniformly dispersed. Moreover, it is possible to preserve the streptavidin or the anti-fluorescein isothiocyanate antibody, as well as the protein activity and stability thereof, in adverse conditions such as high temperatures. Thus, the chemiluminescence immunoassay has high chemiluminescence value, good reproducibility, and a low background value.
