An underground comprehensive utility tunnel having a multi-compartment structure, being formed by two or more unit compartments (1) which are connected to each other, two outer wallboards of the two outermost unit compartments (1) being arched side plates (11) which are arched outwardly, a top plate of each unit compartment (1) being an independent arched top plate (12) which is arched outwardly, a bottom plate (13) being a flat plate, and the wallboard in the middle for separating the unit compartments (1) being a vertical separation side plate (14).
