An apparatus and method for quickly measuring multiple sandy soil infiltration coefficients, comprising an infiltration system and an image acquisition system. The infiltration system comprises an organic glass cylinder (19); multiple layers of sandy soil samples are laid within the organic glass cylinder (19); the image acquisition system comprises a detector (18) used for tracking rays emitted by a radioisotope in the organic glass cylinder (19). The infiltration speeds of the multiple layers are obtained by using an isotopic tracing method, the head losses of the layers are obtained by using pressure measuring pipes (2, 3, 4, 5), the infiltration coefficients of multiple sandy soil samples can be quickly measured in one step, the time is short, and the efficiency is high.
