CO-CRYSTAL OF CALCIFEDIOL AND VITAMIN D₃, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a co-crystal of calcifediol and vitamin D₃, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. In the co-crystal, the molar ratio of calcifediol to vitamin D₃ is 1: 1. The co-crystal of calcifediol and vitamin D₃ is thoroughly characterized by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction, X-ray powder diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy analysis and the like means, and it is found that the co-crystal can significantly improve the chemical stability of vitamin D₃ in the light conditions. The preparation method for the co-crystal of calcifediol and vitamin D₃ is simple and reproducible.
