Provided is an unsecured funding system for securitizing indeterminate future salary receivables on the basis of salary payment results of an individual in a prescribed period and assisting an individual salaried employee. An unsecured funding system in which an applicant terminal used by a funding applicant and a system center server used by a funding business operator are connected by a communication network, the unsecured funding system assisting the purchase of indeterminate future salary receivables of the funding applicant. The system center server has an input means for inputting actual salary data for the preceding year, a storage means for storing the actual salary data for the preceding year, a stable salary payment amount calculation means for calculating a stable salary payment amount, a securitization-pattern-setting means for setting the face value of a purchase bond of the future salary receivables, and a bond redemption management means for determining whether or not the cumulative amount of received redemption matches the face value of the salary receivables purchase bond.
