By means of tissue level detection and immunohistochemistry, the present invention indicates that the expression of RHCG in the gastric cancer tissue is increased, and the prognosis of patients with high RHCG expression is poor; by means an in vitro cell function experiment, the present invention indicates that the gene expression of the RHCG in HGC27 and AGS cells transfected with RHCG-sgRNA is obviously reduced, the cell proliferation capacity is lowered, the gene expression of the RHCG in MKN45 and SNU719 cells transfected with Flag-RHCG is obviously increased, and the cell proliferation capacity is improved; the present invention indicates that the chemotherapy sensitivity of gastric cancer cells, of which RHCG is knocked out, to oxaliplatin is improved, and the chemotherapy sensitivity of the gastric cancer cells, in which RHCG is overexpressed, to the oxaliplatin is lowered; the RHCG is favorably applied to the preparation of a cancer diagnostic kit and a targeted cancer therapy drug.
