This method for evaluating a product or service includes a measurement step for measuring changes in the cerebral blood flow of a subject by near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) during use of the product or service, and an evaluation step for evaluating willingness to pay for the product or service on the basis of the changes in cerebral blood flow.
