An apparatus for specific foundation depth horizontal dynamic impedance measurement based on pulse excitation difference response analysis, comprising a bracket (1), a bidirectional electromagnetic vibration exciter (2), a single degree-of-freedom vibrator (3), a strain gauge (4), a raft (5), two rigid piles (6), a photosensitive strip (7), a laser source (8), and an information collection device (9); the two rigid piles (6) of different lengths are embedded in different depths of the foundation, and the bidirectional electromagnetic vibration exciter (2) is mounted on the raft (5) by means of the bracket (1) and positioned between the two rigid piles (6), ensuring that the impact load on the two rigid piles (6) is the same; and the bidirectional electromagnetic vibration exciter (2) can instantly eject the vibrator and impact the pile heads by means of electromagnetic change. The present measurement apparatus has a simple structure and reliable measurement, and facilitates data collection and processing. The present invention also relates to a method for specific foundation depth horizontal dynamic impedance measurement based on pulse excitation difference response analysis.
