The present invention provides a mammography imaging table having small thickness and high rigidity. In addition thereto, provided is a mammography imaging table that allows X-ray transmissibility to be improved by the small thickness and allows the exposure dose of a subject to be reduced. This mammography apparatus imaging table is supported by a mammography apparatus body in a cantilevered state. In the imaging table, at least an X-ray irradiation surface is formed from a carbon fiber composite material. The carbon fiber composite material includes a unidirectional carbon fiber composite material that includes a matrix resin and carbon fibers drawn and aligned in one direction.
