A front side conductive paste of a crystalline silicon solar cell. The front side conductive paste of the crystalline silicon solar cell comprises, in parts by weight, the following raw material components: 80.0-93.0 parts of a metal powder; 6.0-15.0parts of an organic carrier; 1.0-5.0 parts of an oxide etchant; on the basis of the molar weight of the oxide etchant being 100%, the oxide etchant comprising the following components: 15-30% PbO; 25-40% TeO2; 8.0-15.0% Li2; 9.0-20.0% SiO2; 5.0~15.0% Bi2O3; 0.1-10.0% MgO; 0.5-10.0% ZnO; 0.1-10.0% CaO; and 0-5.0% of oxides of added elements. In the sintering process, said front side conductive paste can allow the metal powder to form good ohmic contact with silicon, reducing the resistance largely, and finally acquiring a front electrode having low contact resistance, good conductivity and strong adhesion.
