Provided are an egg-laying duck farming device and an egg-laying duck farming method. The egg-laying duck farming device comprises a duck cage (1) arranged on a rack. The left and right sides of the duck cage (1) are communicated, and are provided with a water tank (3) and a trough (10) on both sides. A bottom side of the duck cage (1) is provided with an inverted V-shaped egg-collecting mesh plate (8) having a duck droppings leakage hole, and the mesh plate (8) is provided with a dung and urine collecting and conveying belt (5) running in a longitudinal direction. The rack is provided with two or more layers of duck cages (1) from the bottom to the top. By stacking the duck cage (1), the water tank (3), the trough (10), the dung and urine collecting and conveyor belt (5), and an egg conveyor belt (4) on the rack, it not only facilitates the mass farming of egg-laying ducks, but also has a large space utilization rate of duck cages (1), which is conducive to the safe collection of eggs and also facilitates the rapid cleaning of duck droppings.
