A wireless charging and power storage assembly for a high-power mouse, comprising a wireless power transmission module and a power receiving and storage module. The wireless power transmission module comprises an MCU, an alternating voltage boosting IC, a resonant circuit, and a monitoring unit. An MCU oscillation signal is sent to the alternating voltage boosting IC, and the alternating voltage boosting IC drives the resonant circuit to generate an induced electromagnetic field. The monitoring unit is connected to a pin of the MCU. The monitoring unit is one or a combination of a vibration sensing switch and an infrared transceiver. The power receiving and storage module comprises a power receiving and resonance circuit, a bridge rectifier circuit, a voltage stabilizing IC, multiple filter capacitors, a farad capacitor, a Zener diode, a Schottky diode, a voltage boosting and stabilizing IC, and an inductor. In the present utility model, a farad capacitor is used to store received electric energy, and the electric energy stored in the farad capacitor can be actively output, thereby ensuring normal use of a high-power wireless mouse in a non-powered area for a certain period of time.
