Provided are a recombinant human Fc antibody specifically inducing tumor cell apoptosis and a preparation method and use thereof, wherein the key points are as follows: the gene fragments of the HC2 region and the HC3 region of the Fc fragment of the human IgG antibody are directly synthesized by using an artificial synthesis method, and at the same time, the VP3 gene that is capable of specifically inducing tumor cell apoptosis is synthesized, and the genes of the Fc-linker-VP3-containing single-chain antibody are constructed; the above gene fragments are subcloned to the pPIC9K vector and transfect the GS115 strain of the Pichia pastoris system, or are subcloned to a mammalian cell expression vector and express the recombinant human Fc antibody protein in the mammalian cells; and this recombinant human Fc antibody has the activity of activating complements and causes an ADCC effect, and at the same time, has a very strong effect of specifically inducing tumor cell apoptosis, and can thus be used for treating malignant tumors.
