DEVICE FOR SPRAY PATTERN SCANNING FROM EXAMINED SAMPLES, SPRAY PATTERN DETECTION SYSTEM AND SPRAY PATTERN EVALUATION METHOD

Presented device, system and method are mainly used in the field of paint spraying and generally in aerosol transfer cases. The device is designed to be installed into the spray cabin or in painting laboratories and consists of desk (1) equipped with at least one pattern application and scanning zone (1.2), at least one pattern application component (2), and at least one scanning device (3). Spray pattern detection system contains at least pattern scanning device (10) and a computer (11) including software for pattern scanning, pattern analysis and comparison. Method of spray pattern evaluation is based on the comparison of the examined pattern with other patterns, the essence of which is that a pattern (14) is scanned using the pattern scanning device (10), transformed to the digital format and transmitted to the computer (11), where the pattern is converted to numerical values by means of the software application.
