The present invention provides a method for recognizing natural language dialogue style voice and a device thereof, which estimate in advance whether a silent section or unspecific utterance is included during utterance, eliminate the corresponding section according to the estimated information or dynamically change a decoding parameter to increase voice recognition performance. The method for recognizing natural language dialogue style voice comprises the following steps of: calculating an output value of a deep neural network in every frame unit from a voice signal uttered in a natural language; estimating whether a phoneme for a frame of a current voice signal is normal by using the calculated output value of the deep neural network; changing or skipping a voice model score weight of the voice signal according to the estimated frame of the voice signal; and performing voice recognition by using the changed voice model score.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
