PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural language dialogue device, a natural language dialogue system, a natural language dialogue method, and a storage medium capable of promoting a smooth conversation by a user. SOLUTION: A sentence accepting interval measuring means is provided for measuring a time interval between sentences accepted by a sentence receiving means 13, and when measuring time by this sentence accepting interval measuring means reaches prescribed time, a new sentence according to the finally accepted sentence is formed in a sentence forming means 14 by referring to a conversation database 15. Thus, the formation of the new sentence can be adjusted according to a time frequency of a sentence inputted by the user, and since the new sentence is properly formed in the sentence forming means 14 only when an utterance becomes few, a scene can be livened up when the utterance is few, and the conversation is not interrupted when the utterance is many. That is, the smooth conversation by the user can be promoted.
