The present invention provides an apparatus for measuring DNA concentration using a nanopore sensor, comprising: a vessel provided with a hole for inputting a DNA solution of which concentration is to be measured; a plurality of nanopore membranes dividing the vessel into serially connected separate spaces; a plurality of electrodes installed in each of the separate spaces; a power source unit applying voltage to the plurality of electrodes to enable the DNA to pass through the nanopore membranes and move; a detection unit measuring current of each ion passing through the plurality of nanopore membranes; and a calculation unit obtaining the DNA concentration from the measurement result of the detection unit. Each of the plurality of nanopore membranes is provided with one nanopore such that the DNA at a DNA solution input hole side of the vessel can arrive at an opposite side of the input hole through the nanopores of the plurality of nanopore membranes. The present invention improves shortages of a conventional DNA concentration apparatus to enhance accuracy, speed up analysis and perform convenient DNA concentration measurement without other special preparation.
