TERMINAL FOR DETECTING VEHICLE ILLEGALLY PARKED IN HANDICAP PARKING LOT

The present invention relates to a terminal for detecting a vehicle illegally parked in a handicap parking lot, capable of solving the problem that an existing simple sign is not able to detect or warn an illegally parked vehicle by enabling a parking fine to be automatically imposed without crackdown. The present invention comprises: a terminal body having a quadrangular shape with round corners to be attached to a handicap parking sign; a camera attached to a corner of the body to photograph the number plate of an illegally parked vehicle; a fingerprint sensor formed on the right side of the terminal to receive a finger of a handicapped person for confirming the handicapped persons identity; a speaker attached to the center of the terminal to instruct a fingerprint recognition procedure; and an RFID reader attached to the center of the terminal to read information of the corresponding person from a handicapped welfare card. Thus, the present invention is capable of solving the problem that an existing simple sign is not able to detect or warn an illegally parked vehicle by enabling a parking fine to be automatically imposed without crackdown.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
