The method involves providing a parking-mobile phone-network between a control center and parking lot-vending machines and parking-mobile phone (7). Signals are transmitted to a motor vehicle-driver and parking lot-operator to control and detect fee and entrance processes. The machines open and close a toll gate by controlling radio wave-impulses via the phone. Control and back impulses are provided simultaneously to the sender from the control center via the phone for an optical input such as parking paid. An independent claim is also included for a parking-mobile phone network.
