It is an object of the present invention to provide a xenograft model derived from a patient with breast cancer in which a Leu1780Pro mutant patient-derived breast cancer tissues are implanted, and a method for producing a xenograft model derived from a patient with breast cancer. It is another object of the present invention to provide an information providing method for selecting a therapeutic breast cancer-tailored breast cancer patient using the animal model. The mammalian tumor xenograft model of the present invention can provide the same conditions for genetic, physiological and environmental characteristics of cancer in Korean specific breast cancer patients, and thus it is anticipated that the xenograft model can be useful for the screening of candidate anticancer drugs for breast cancer patients and the treatment of breast cancer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
