摘要

The present invention relates to a primary culture method of a tumor cell and the construction of a patient-derived tumor xenograft (PDX) animal model produced by using the same. A method for transplanting cancerous tissues of the present invention after culturing the tumor cell, which is not a method for directly transplanting the cancerous tissues, has the advantages of proliferating from small amount of cells to large amount of cells and maintaining the same, and of culturing the tumor cell whenever needed. Furthermore, a xenograft animal model can be practically used for screening anticancer drugs, and practically used to develop a new treatment by having a capability of sorting customized patient-specific anticancer drugs for a short period of time.
