Illegal vehicle control system and crackdown device using the same

Disclosed are an illegal vehicle crackdown system and a crackdown device applied to the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the illegal vehicle crackdown system comprises: a plurality of crackdown devices having a remote control function wherein the crackdown devices are mounted in a predetermined portion of a crackdown vehicle in an impossible arbitrary unlock state by a crackdown person; and a remote control server configured to unlock locking by using the remote control function with regard to only a crackdown device mounted on a vehicle, satisfying an unlocking condition, among the plurality of crackdown devices if the predetermined unlocking condition is satisfied. Therefore, crackdown effects are increased and complaints of drivers can be solved.
