The present invention relates to a method for increasing the vitamin C content of vegetable sprouts using sound wave treatment in a specific range during a growth stage of vegetable sprouts. Accordingly, vegetable sprouts having the high vitamin C content are produced by initiating a proper range for increasing the vitamin C content, growth time and treatment time of vegetable sprouts suitable for sound wave treatment.
