The present invention relates to a mountain-cultivated ginseng and wild-cultivated ginseng cultivation system using a cooling and heating device combined with an IoT sensor and, more specifically, to technology related to the multifunctional mountain-cultivated ginseng and wild-cultivated ginseng cultivation system which enables consumers to directly cultivate the ginsengs even in a general house and an apartment veranda and use the ginsengs for beautiful decoration with ginseng flowers, indoor air purification, and expensive and safe drugs by artificially creating a special environment for mountain-cultivated ginseng and wild-cultivated ginseng which are difficult to be cultivated even in deep mountains with a separate mechanical cooling and heating device and a humidity control structure which affect a cultivation container as well as optimum light source irradiation using an LED lamp in addition to growth conditions by natural functions of plant itself. For the above, the present invention: has a space accommodating a plurality of wild-cultivated ginseng cultivation containers filled with various kinds of clay pots in a cultivation room; has a shading unit for controlling natural lighting in the upper part of a cultivation tank, an LED lamp facility for providing necessary light for photosynthesis in a space difficult to have natural lighting, a facility for blocking surrounding light which interrupts night sleep, a facility for blocking external temperature which interrupts seasonal winter sleep, and a cooling and heating device with an intake hole connected to a cultivation container accommodation space in the cultivation room of the lower side; enables the control of optimum temperature, at which wild-cultivated ginseng can live in four seasons, by using a cooling and heating intake fan connected to the intake facility and enables the control of fresh humidity by using a humidity sensor; and has a through hole connected to the connected cultivation space on the circumference surface and discharges heat and humidity to the air discharge hole after being in contact with the cultivation container through the through hole while optimum cooling and heating air, with which wild-cultivated ginseng grows, passes through the accommodation space.
