摘要

According to the present invention, in a low pass filter for an RF signal made of a high impedance transmission line and a low impedance transmission line, an inclined surface is formed at an edge portion of the lower impedance transmission line to increase fringing capacitance and the inductance of a series inductor additionally created by formation of an inclined surface is combined with the inductance of a series inductor of the high impedance transmission line to increase the entire series inductance so as to make suppression characteristics of adjacent bands the same, thereby shortening the length of a coaxial cable.
