The present invention relates to a method to reinforce a soft ground for a small diameter sewer pipe using a steel pipe working hole and a precast bottom plate, capable of largely reducing a construct period. According to the present invention, the method to reinforce a soft ground for a small diameter sewer pipe using a steel pipe working hole and a precast bottom plate comprises: a step (a) of inserting a steel pipe; a step (b) of excavating the inside of the steel pipe to form a working hole; a step (c) of discharging infiltrating water in the working hole to the outside; a step (d) of installing an entrance; a step (e) of penetrating a plurality of lead pipes into the entrance to propel the lead pipes toward a manhole; a step (f) of sequentially disassembling the lead pipes coming out of the manhole; a step (g) of sequentially disassembling an auger; a step (h) of disassembling a front end pipe; a step (i) of removing a propeller; a step (j) of installing aggregates on the bottom of the working hole; and a step (k) of installing a connection pipe to a main pipe of a working hole side and installing a manhole in the working hole.
