The present invention relates to a system for providing a safety education service by using a user image and a method thereof. According to the present invention, preschool children and younger children are able to be provided with a safety education for a situation selected by a user through the video on a website, wherein the user can have a feeling of participating in the actual experience as the image directly registered by the user is synthesized and reproduced on the training image, and safety education can be effectively learned with interest.
